The College Football Playoff will be officially sorted out in about a week now, but we did get an indication of what could occur when the final four is released. As it stands, the top four remains unchanged for a third straight week, with LSU, Ohio State, Clemson, and Georgia inside.
On the outside looking in, though, the rankings have changed. Utah and Oklahoma have moved up a spot each, to five and six, thanks to Alabama’s loss to Auburn sent them to #12. Baylor, Wisconsin, Florida, and Penn State now complete the top ten teams, with Auburn leapfrogging the Crimson Tide to #11 currently. Following this weekend’s Conference title games, we will know the fate of the teams and which ones will be ‘in’ and which will be ‘out.’
