Durant Refuses To Blame Warriors For Injury

Kevin Durant’s season- and tenure with the Golden State Warriors- came to an end in Game 5 of the NBA Finals. Yet it hasn’t caused one of the top players in the NBA to blame his former team for the injury to his Achilles that occurred.

He made that abundantly clear in his first interview, with Yahoo Sports, since his injury happened that fateful night in Toronto. Many believed he decided to pack up and head to Brooklyn due to that, but this pretty much dispels that idea right away. He will miss all of the coming season for the Nets, but will be hoping to come back with a vengeance in 2020/21.
