For the umpteenth time, seemingly, in the playoffs, we have news on Kevin Durant. And it’s not so good news, once again, as Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr has confirmed that he will be unable to play any role in Game 4 of the NBA Finals against the Toronto Raptors on Friday night.
This will mark over a month of missed action for ‘KD,’ but they keep holding out hope he will return. Kerr did give some good news, however, as he said that Klay Thompson is expected to return as they try to even up the series. He was very much missed in Game 3, when Steph Curry was forced to do a ton of work and ultimately was unable to put a dent in the Raptors all alone.
