Seahawk Teammates Tweet Out Apparent Goodbye To Richard Sherman

Richard Sherman has been known as one of the most explosive players in the NFL, both physically and emotionally.

While he has played his entire career with the Seattle Seahawks, it appears that the cornerback could be suiting up for a different team for the first time in his career.

Seahawks cornerback Jeremy Lane tweeted something yesterday that turned some heads to is Richard Sherman would be staying with the Seahawks.

Last year, the Seahawks put Sherman on the trading block and shopped him all around the league, but never actually traded him. Now, it appears that something may be going on behind the scenes that no NFL reporters have heard about yet.

Twenty-five, of course, is Richard Sherman’s number and its safe to assume that this is who Lane is referring to in this tweet. Whether it be something personal that happened to Sherman or him being traded, there is no way to tell yet.

Sherman is known as one of the best cornerbacks in the league but is coming of a torn achilles injury that sidelined him last season.

In addition to Sherman, the Seahawks also appear to be parting ways with defensive end Michael Bennett.

Both of these players have been apart of the Seahawks nucleus which has created one of the most dynamic and feared defenses in the league.
