During Saturday night’s game against the Memphis State Grizzlies, Golden State Warriors guard Steph Curry was ejected in the fourth quarter after throwing his mouthpiece in the direction of an official.
He was fined $50,000 earlier today by the NBA which is the max fine allowed for this type of incident. Andre Iguodala was also fined $15,000 for yelling at an official.
No game suspension for Steph Curry, who was fined $25k when he threw his mouthpiece during the 2016 Finals. NBA ready to see this habit end.

“I thought I got fouled and my frustration boiled over, did something stupid, deserved to get kicked out,” Curry said.

When asked if Curry meant to throw the mouthpiece directly at the referee, he said “If I tried to throw it at him, or hit him, I have pretty good aim.”
With this action being taken by the NBA, Curry will not miss any games, he will just receive a fine for his actions.
Kevin Durant was also ejected from the game after a verbal exchange with the official.
