6. Jason Kidd

Jason Kidd was most recently the head coach for the Milwaukee Bucks, but they decided to let him go mid-season. He began his NBA career as a point guard for the Dallas Mavericks and ended it with the New York Knicks. He won an NBA championship in 2011 with his second stint with the Mavericks. He is also a 10-time NBA All-Star and 5-time NBA assist leader.

He won 2 gold medals with the US men’s basketball team in the 2000 and 2008 Olympic Games. His #5 jersey was retired by the Brooklyn Nets. After retiring as a player, Kidd remained on the court providing his knowledge of the game and applying it to coaching, first with the Brooklyn Nets, then with the Milwaukee Bucks.
