It’s not for the first time, but Antonio Brown has stated that he is looking into retiring from the game of professional football. He made the news on Monday when he made a post on Twitter. Brown, of course, has been extremely vocal- and sometimes nonsensical- on social media in the past, making all sorts of noise, so who knows what is real and what isn’t.
Brown might never play again, regardless of any retirement plans of his own, and that all has to do with his off-field behavior of late. Brown was drafted by the Steelers and spent nearly a decade with the team before he effectively went off the deep end. Short stints with the Raiders and Patriots followed, and since then, he’s hardly had a bite as teams simply don’t want the trouble that comes with him.
