Juventus still have a long way to go in order to claim Italian Serie A glory via winning the title, but they took a small step on Monday when they traveled to Bologna to win 0-2. Cristiano Ronaldo got them started with a penalty after 23 minutes, and Paulo Dybala then scored 13 minutes later to put them in a comfortable and imposing spot.
The win puts them four ahead of chasers Lazio, though the Rome club have yet to play since the restart. In England, Manchester City got their typical big win over Burnley at about the same time. The 5-0 drubbing saw Phil Foden and Riyad Mahrez score twice, while David Silva also added one. The win means City ensured Liverpool can only clinch as early as Thursday, though that is still very much an inevitability barring a miracle of epic proportions and a colossal collapse.
