One of the major questions for everyone from fans to bookmakers is whether or not Patrick Mahomes will be able to play for the Kansas City Chiefs this Sunday against the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Championship Game. It’s in question, his status that is, due to the concussion he sustained last week in a match up with the Cleveland Browns.

In a race against time, Mahomes did practice on Wednesday, taking ‘full snaps’ according to head coach Andy Reid. However, he does remain in the concussion protocols, so at current he wouldn’t be able to play. But there’s still a couple of days to go, and you almost get the feeling that there is simply no way on earth he will not end up playing a role in the game.
