If reports are to be believed, and the veracity of them is ever increasing, then the NBA is a step closer to a return following Tuesday’s events. The sources indicate that the call went well, and for the first time there is a bit of light at the end of the proverbial tunnel as the league attempts to get back up and running again.
According to what we learned coming out of this latest meeting, the league will be hoping to make a decision in the next two-four weeks. The important thing to note from it is that it does not look like they will shut it all down should someone test positive for Covid-19. This is controversial, but it also makes sense. It doesn’t make much of any to restart and then stop again. They will simply have to be prepared for such an eventuality, as unfortunate as that may be.
