The NBA will be returning toward the end of the month, but it will not be doing so with all of its teams or players. One such player that will be there, but not in a full capacity will be Victor Oladipo of the Indiana Pacers. Citing his own health on Friday, Oladipo confirmed he would make the trip with his team but would not be suiting up.
Prior to the shutdown in March, he had been working his way into game shape for about six weeks, but he was only just beginning his recovery from a long-term injury. And just to be on the safe side, he’s not going to risk going all out when the NBA gets back underway. The good news is that the team has stressed he has no setbacks during quarantine, so the future continues to look bright for him and the team as well.
