Ronaldo Shocks World, Returns To Man United

Cristiano Ronaldo hadn’t been happy for some time. That’s what the rumors said anyway about the now-former Juventus star. But no one could have seen this one coming. Everyone had assumed he’d go to PSG, but Lionel Messi already had. The logical place, and the place where the reports were pointing to, was Manchester City. But once word spread, that caused panic in the hearts and minds of former Manchester United players.

And that ultimately caused the Portuguese superstar to return to his roots after 12 years away from the club. It went from a sure-fire deal for City to the deal falling apart to Ronaldo re-joining United in the course of a few hours. And it’s all due to the brotherhood of the club’s former players. The deal will make Ronaldo the team’s highest-paid player and was said to have cost them around 15 million Euros. Ronaldo scored 30+ goals last season despite his advancing age of 36, and he will look to help the Red Devils back to Premier League glory once more.
