As such, the team has been fined $500,000 while head coach Jon Gruden has had $150,000 come out of his own pocket. In addition to that, the league is stripping the sixth pick of the 2021 Draft from them. On top of that, ten players were fined amounts ranging between $15K and $30K for their exploits outside in the community. In total, it is over a $1 million in fines. They are the first team to have had a pick taken from them due to this, but it does not appear that they will be the last.
