The Houston Rockets are not going to be making John Wall a starter. They have made that clear to him, and according to sources, they are going to allow Wall to find a trade partner for him to join so as to free the team up from having an extremely expensive player coming off the bench.
Over the next two seasons, he is going to be due an average of over $45 million, so it’s easy to see why the rebuilding Rockets are going to want to send him elsewhere. That being said, that very same salary could be a problem in finding him a potential landing spot. Thus the reason why the team is going to allow Wall to be looking for a landing spot as well.
